I am writing to you from the middle of the northern pacific ocean as we steam our way to the Alaskan Frontier. Yes it is cold, about 11 degrees. I am on the Hay House Publishing cruise and I have just been in a fascinating session with Gregg Braden, one of my favourite authors and the person behind ‘The Divine Matrix’.
Gregg was sharing how the ancient Essenes believed our bodies are capable of living up to 900 years but its our heart that chooses to die. The reason why we only last 70 – 100 years is because of all the trauma and loss we feel literally crushes our heart. We lose our favourite pet, have work problems, relationship problem and then financial and career issues. The Essenes said that the first 100 years are the hardest. After that we pretty much get to gratitude. Gregg shared photos of people he met in Tibet and Palestine that were 120 years old.
Gregg’s main point is that there is a fabric that connects us all, called The Divine Matrix. This thing which Max Planck called the ether is what connects everything. It’s like the wind, we cant see it, but its there. The language to speak to this matrix is via the heart, as the heart has 5,000 times the ability to create magnetic and electric fields than even our brains. We did an exercise by hooking up a volunteer to a computer and as we all mediated the energy of the person shifted from low to high coherence. Fascinating stuff. Breath, love, be in gratitude and you will live longer and be less stressed.
I am here on this journey with Dave Rogers and we have been on the boat for just a day. It’s an exceptional gift that we have been given to be part of journeys such as this. I will keep you posted on more.
