Dean has spent twenty years studying the sacred geometry of Africa, and in particular Table Mountain. When we climbed to the Ascension Cave with him later that day it became obvious. A sacred light grid surrounds table mountain – a network of sacred springs, caves and geometrically aligned marker stones. In fact when you realise it, you can see much of the mountain has been carved to honour the sun.

Who did this? What message were they sending us?

Afterwards I did my research, like I always do and found that the sites Dean was showing us were key sites on the Becker-Hagen Grid, the secret ley lines that connect ancient sites all around the world.

You see there is much that you and I take for granted that we should not. Civilisation is not 5,000 years old. Baloney, who ever teaches that needs to get their facts straight. Did you know for example that the mirror site of Giza (the great pyramids) is Angkor Wat. (Cambodia). These two places are 72 degrees distant from each other, and triangulating them at 104 degrees from each is Easter Island and the magical statues of Rapu Nui. 72 & 104, are both precessional numbers, profound in tracking the precession of the equinoxs and earths wobble. So ancient sites are linked in a way we would find hard to do, but back to Table Mountain.

Dean took us to a cave where humans had lived and performed burial rites up to 100,000 years ago. As I walked into the cave and observed Dean do a very ancient ceremony (which he said just felt right) for Dave’s birthday, I seemed to go back in time and saw a line of people shabbily dressed in furs signalling a three fingered signal to Dean. Later I read his book ‘Pathways to the Sun’ and found the same sign in the book. It’s a very ancient sign still used today by shaman and means ‘faith, hope and truth’

Dean took us to the statue of Nefretiti, apparantly a natural rock (yeah right) and to some of the gateways that activate during the various equinox’s. Included in this was the very resonant singing rock. Fascinating, and most certainly in F#.

Following the tour Dave and I decided that in 2012, we would return to the birth place of humanity. While everyone else is waiting for the end of the world and heading to the Mayan Kingdoms to embrace it, we will rebirth humanity, with our special guest guide Dean Liprini, in southern africa. This means not only the majestically sculptured table mountain, but many of the ancient sites where humans lived 150,000 years ago, plus integrating with the giant energy spots on the grid and of course Africa’s amazing animals, including getting to see the whale migration, one of the most amazing sites on earth.

OK… so you may be laughing or you may not be.

So what’s wrong with the above picture… firstly the energy is all wrong. ‘I NEED’ simply is not something the Universe really wants to deliver on. Secondly, contrary to popular opinion simply repeating something is again not the energy of the universe.

So how does it work?

Well to be honest – no one really knows – not even Esther Hicks who wrote and sold millions of books on the Law of Attraction, but I can give you some pointers that will really help you, based on my own and others experiences that I personally know about.

1. Visualization is not enough

Whilst the best sports players are brilliant visualizers, the fact is that you are only using one sense – the sight (or insight in this case). My good buddy Glen levy manifested Mel, his girlfriend in under a few hours by completing a strong visualisation using all the senses – sight, sound, touch, taste, smell – and the 6th and 7th senses of intuition and quantum.

2. Let it go

Once you have a very strong intention – let it go. In other words, allow the universe to bring the components to you that will set this up. Don’t force the hand. Most of us struggle to move 50kg, so moving the entire universe is just plain undoable. In fact Glen simply decided to go to the hot pools and there she was.

3. It’s all about vibration and holding the vision.

In James Redfield’s Celestine Prophecy the 9th insight is holding the vision. It’s about holding the energy. So I have found the best way to do that is to have it in front of you regularly as a reminder, to breathe, work with good vibration on it, such as a favourite song and what has worked for me is having it in a sign in a certain part of your space. My bathroom signs seems to manifest quickly for me, probably because I am thinking about them when I am showering, the water of course creating that beautiful grounding vibration.

4. Careful what you ask for

Don’t say ‘I would like to lose 20kg’ – You really don’t want to lose a body part. Try ‘I will enjoy being 20kg lighter through ease, joy and grace. I once thought I would like more freedom… so I ended up single pretty soon after. Word’s have vibration and it’s powerful – read some of Masuri Emoto’s work on vibration, words and water. Set strong, positive and powerful intentions. A few years back asked for $30,000 in the next month. I got it, but it was all revenue, not profit, so it wasn’t a great help.

5. Let the universe guide you

Things don’t have a ‘way’ of being delivered, they have many ways. So stop blocking them. Here is a personal example. I have been thinking about a particular type of person I would like to meet and get to know. Just recently I got a facebook request and I immediately knew that was the person, I didn’t even have to click on the details, I just knew… so what did I do… make contact after first blocking using my head …thinking, no dont connect… luckily I went with the Quantum (7th sense). The connection has been profound in so many magical ways.

Finally – you need clarity on what you really want – I once kept joking to my friends that I wanted to be a trillionaire. I got spanked by the universe when my friend Holly gave me a five trillion dollar note after a trip to Zimbabwe (value around $2USD). Please try and block the following from your thoughts and words immediately and you will start to see some different energy appearing in your life:

• I hate
• I need
• I want
• Poor me
• I don’t like
• Give me

You may wonder what breath has to do with the nine insights of the Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield, but I can tell you that in our recently finished Spirit of the Inca’s tour, where Dave Rogers and I led a group from seven different countries through Peru & Bolivia, breath was something most of us learned to appreciate.

Located about 10,000ft up in the Andes we danced between Cusco, Macchu Picchu, Lake Titicaca and La Paz. Where ever we went there seemed to be steps and more steps, never going down, always up. The air up here is remarkably thin and low on oxygen. I thought I was a little unfit, but compared to many I was gliding up those hills, although everytime I stopped I wasn’t breathing hard, I was gasping trying to get some oxygen from the air. A number of us commented how we sometimes woke in the middle of the night gasping for air, and most of the group sucked on an oxygen cylinder at least once.

In 1995 I was in Peru. Redfields book had just come out, and the reaction I recieved in Peru was fascinating. Everything from non belief to fear to anger, depending on whom I asked. It made our 2011 trip the perfect platform to allocate a day to each insight. I would recommend you take the next 9 days and see if you can allocate a day per insight and just journal what pops up for you.

It occurred to me the other day when I was on a SKYPE call that something weird happens on SKYPE. Here I am chatting with my client and then the system breaks down and in the middle of the sentence I hear them say:

‘So can you help me with..with…with…with…with…with’ and after a pause of around 5 seconds they finish. I say ‘Sure I can’ but at the same time I am thinking – so they just burbled for at least 5 whole seconds (a life time over a call) and I then replied in my real time yet they experienced no lag. So if they were speaking in real time and I answered immediately in real time then where did the 5 seconds come from and how come it was real for me and not them?

I’m sure you have had a similar experience and mostly you know theye is a delay, but when there isn’t one what do you do? Do you realise that time just skipped a beat?

Time of course does skip beats regularly….and it speeds up and slows down. Go on a first date with the love of your life and you will experience time moving so slowly that you can be aware of every nuance. If you are in an airline queue, read a magazine and if it’s interesting time will seem to mysteriously speed up. So how do you control time?

The answer is in FLOW. Let me explain it to you with some rationality.

When you watch a film at the theatre, the average speed of the film is 64FPS. To you it looks like normal speed, so your brain is processing at 64FPS. If they doubled the speed of the film to 128FPS you would see slow motion.

When a person is in flow, like a fabulous sportsperson such as David Beckham, he or she is processing faster than normal. Let’s assume their opponent who is coming to get the ball is processing normally at 64FPS, but they are processing at 128FPS, then our sportsperson is seeing the tackle coming in slow motion. They can think, make a decision and easily dodge the tackle and to us its seems the blink of an eye. Now obviously they need skills and all the rest of the package, but this is literally what happens with their brain. They turn up the processing power.

For you to get in flow and slow time down, you need to turn up the processing power. This can be done via certain meditative techniques, to improve speed or reduce it to make things go faster (such as dinner at the mother in laws). The fact is if you don’t use your processor you will lose the flow. That’s why the old saying says: ‘Want something done – give it to a busy person.’

Now Richard Branson has a zillion great managers, but he is still responsible for more than 200 companies and he fits all that, plus his interests and his coolness into the same 24 hrs as we do. get processing.

The Mayans said we are in a period where time has sped up. This is the result of all of our processors increasing in the last century. In fact they even said that our measuring devices (atomic clocks) would be affected by our consciousness and look the same, whilst they were actually speeding up as well.

I don’t know how much of your life you want to have left. 90%, or 10% thats for you to decide, but I know I want to pack as much into my life as I can, so I choose to speed up thatprocessor and get doing stuff. Try breaking your day into thirds, morning, afternoon and evening and you will find you can achieve a whole lot more than you believed. Happy time travel…

For example, recently someone bought a $4,000 product from me. We got through stage 1 of implementation, but they still hadn’t paid. I texted and wrote to them a couple of times and they promised on 20 May, so I…in dumb good faith kept providing the service and here it is 12 July and still no payment. I’ve made contact three times but no reply, nothing…then recently I bump into them at a business event and they are like: ‘Oh great to see you, hey I’ll come and chat with you before this is over’. and of course they didn’t, so it prompted me to write this blog, because frankly I am sick of it.

What’s with communication? You have a party at your house, you put in for wine and food, invite your friends and some don’t even reply.

Most marriages and business partnerships break down because of lack of good communication, so maybe we can get some input and get things back on a polite and decent way forward. So here are some tips for good communication:

• If you owe someone money and you can’t pay, then communicate with them, pay them what you can but keep them informed. Even most debt collectors will go easy on people who communicate the situation, even if it’s not going to be a great outcome for them.
• With friends, always call or text them back if they want something….don’t leave them hanging. Let them know where you are at.
• Skype – when you are in a conversation with someone, don’t just go away, have a coffee, go to the toilet or do something else…say… I’ll be back in 5 or whatever… nothing is worse than hanging on Skype wondering where the other person has gone or if they are ever coming back.
• Don’t tell your spouse or partner you will be there at 6 and turn up at 8. That’s a no go. Give them a quick call or text and tell them you will be there soon enough.

Every person on earth is a leader in some way, to our children, neighbours, workmates, sports friends or even passer’s by. I know I have seen some one walking down the street and gone, wow that person is a leader. Just last week I met a business woman and within 10 seconds I knew she was a leader.

So what’s your leadership style?

In the 1980′s Hersey & Blanchard created a leadership matrix. It’s pretty simple yet effective for most of us, but then I want to overlay it with something else to give it context.

The model is based on two axis – support and direction. You as a leader are either supportive or directive and this gives us 4 permutations as follows:

1. HIgh Support/ Low Direction – Participative/Supportive – Someone who leads but does and is involved. This is the most effective style for modern leadership

2. High Support/ High Direction – Selling/Coaching – This style is the person who constantly motivates to get people to do things

3. Low Support/ Low Direction – Delegating – This style is where the job holder is motivated and can be left alone to get things done

4. Low Support/ High Direction – Telling – generally the most ineffective method of leadership. This is the old boss – employee method still used a lot in factories and the third world.

The whole model is about effective leadership and each style can be effective at times, yet when we overlay this onto the Wealth Dynamics chart and look at each of the eight profiles we see that there are in fact 32 permeations of leaders.

For instance – many Creators (ideas people) are not brilliant communicators and have a telling style of leadership. This means that staff or believers only believe for a while and then they become disillusioned. A creator who is participative, will tend to build teams of people who can really generate their wealth, because everyone is involved and engaged. The creator is simply a cog in the wheel. Bill Gates has done this brilliantly.

On the other hand a Trader profile (grounded and people orientated) often becomes a great leader when they are able to employ a delegating strategy. Surrounding themselves with experts in different fields, and co ordinating timing on tasks but leaving people free to make decisions in their fields and bring the result to the team.

Importantly for you is to consider what style of leader you are – telling, selling, delegating or participative most of the time and then study your profile and decide whether that style has been working for or against you. What may work for me as a star profile doesn’t always work for you as a star as well.

Research and find out more. You can never know too much about you as a leader. Fine tuning will help you become an even better leader.

Brilliantly though and once the eyes of us 2 billion were off them they kicked back til 3am, partied it up. Harry of course was people surfing and everybody had a great time….probably once Liz and Phil went to bed.

More importantly though is that within a couple of days William was back piloting his rescue chopper pulling a trapped tramper off a mountain and Kate was in the supermarket pushing a trolley up the isle filling full of goodies to make for Will’s dinner when he got back to their cottage (not palace).

I like the concept of Royalty, but I feel that more than ever in this time we need royals who know us…the common folk. Harry & Will do know us. They hang in bars with us, work with us and even slipped a couple of us past the palace guards to be part of the wedding. People they wanted there.

It got me thinking.

I am so pleased with the last few years. Whilst we have dealt with Tsunami’s, Recessions, Wars and other terrible things, the world is becoming more spiritual. Two weeks ago I’m in Africa having a spiritual conversation with a group of Muslim friends. A week ago Im in Australia talking about Christianity with a person who is Chinese. Thank goodness people’s minds are opening.

So what is spiritual entrepreneurship?

Firstly it’s best to tell you about it’s two predecessors.

Entrepreneur (Definition) – shifts economic resources out of lower and into higher productivity and greater yield. (or – Business for Profit)

Social Entrepreneur (Definition) – Business for more than profit

Both of these definitions are based on Wikipedia – the third is based on my interpretation.

Spiritual Entrepreneur (Definition) – Business with Purpose

In March 2009 I recorded the following interpretation of a spiritual entrepreneur, but it has become more defined for me since this video.

For you to become a Spiritual Entrepreneur you need to focus on the WHY – the purpose for why you are in business and it has to be about more than just money. In fact it has to be about what your business creates for the greater good, for society, the planet, it’s beings, the flora or the fauna. It’s about playing a bigger game (one of my favorite mantra’s) and it’s often about putting the purpose before the cash.

Want some examples of people I feel are Spiritual Entrepreneurs. Go and check out Matthias Gelber (www.matthiasgelber.com) Here is a guy who loves making money, and has done it very well, but who is much more concerned about the environment and what is happening to it. Go and check out Kevin Mayall (www.kevinmayall.com). Here is an ex farmer that is absolutely committed to helping teenagers integrate and understand what they want, and how to get it. These guys don’t do this for money. Money is a by product of them breathing their passion and their ‘WHY’

So … what can you do to become one of the newest breed of entrepreneurs – The Spiritual Entrepreneur.

Woke up at 7.30am, and was texting backwards and forwards across the world. I’m in South Africa, coming to the end of a great tour here.

Dave Rogers & I went for breakfast in the hotel and he briefly met the owner of the hotel. Capetown Lodge is a beautifully maintained hotel with attention to detail. Run by Raymond Gnesin we had a truly wonderful experience during our seminars there and would totally recommend it as a place to go and stay in Capetown.

Ten minutes after Breakfast we found ourselves in Raymond’s office and we were in there for over two hours. No we hadn’t eaten more mints than we could afford. In fact Raymond, a self made Billionaire who owns hotels, shopping centres and a luxury jet airline was finding out about us. His brother designed the watch that Obama wears.  This is what I learnt in two hours from South Africa’s billionaire hotelier.

- Trust your gut. He said he made the decision to buy Capetown Lodge in 15 minutes. He quipped that thats a long time and he must be getting old.

- Avoid traditional financing. Debt free now, Raymond believes that people who believe in you will finance you

- If it fails try another business – learn from your mistakes and get back on the horse.

Finally we learnt, make decisions fast, stop thinking stuff over and get on with it. Do the things that make you money today, dont put them off.

Raymond asked me – after he spoke about himself for a while – Why do you do what you do Mike? I found it fascinating that the number one question I teach entrepreneurs was the first question he threw at me. He also asked Dave if he could finance some new investments Raymond wanted to make – a great test for Dave.

One minute you’re having a leisurely breakfast, the next your talking deals with a billionaire. You cant do this if you aren’t present, if you haven’t prepared for moments just like this. Did we do it well… no…we could have communicated better, asked better questions, but what fabulous exposure the universe gives you to help you grow.

Later in the day I was sitting in the lounge of the hotel discussing an international business deal with two great entrepreneurs and I realised I had created every part of my life. As a child I dreamed of doing international business in luxurious hotels the world over and here I was doing it, with one of my best buddies. The only thing that ever would have stopped me was FEAR. Fear of losing my big salary in corporate life, FEAR of failure and FEAR that I would be seen as nothing much. All of that fear was just white noise. Thank god I didn’t listen to it. Something drove me to just get on that first plane all those years ago.

We spent the evening sharing business opportunities with about ten wonderful people from Capetown and then headed to Cubana bar for a few well earned Mojitos. Life is everything you want it to be…. so be prepared…and be present.
